How to prepare Turkish kofte ( Turkish meat balls): You can make turkish kofte (Turkish meat balls) with beef, or mixed beef with lamm meat. Separate 1 kg of meat, add 2 tablespoons of Turkish spice for kofte (turkish meat balls), mix the seasoning with the meat. Mix well: one large grated onion, garlic, one egg and some bread crumbs. Mix well, let it rest for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before frying the meat balls add salt and mix it again! Fry it in hot oil. Bon appetit!
